Most coaches sell you a PDF and a Telegram group. I work with 12 clients at a time, max. Every program is rebuilt for your job, your travel, your injury history, and your real life. You're getting a partner, not a product.
Nope. About half my clients haven't trained consistently in 5+ years when they start. The Reset program is built specifically for that. The first 4 weeks we focus on showing up, not crushing PRs.
